Work has commenced on the new Loco Display unit, conceived and prototyped by Chris in cardboard and hewn from solid 6mm Birch ply by yours truly!!!

A beutiful half sheet of 6mm Birch ply is sourced.

A cutting list is developed from the cardboard prototype made by Chris.

Its Festool time!!!!!!!

The Basic shapes are cut from the 6mm birch plywood.

A kit of parts is produced to match the cutting list.

I just love an airfix kit. No glue required on thi one though. Well,,, just a little superglue!!!
