Well,,, that was the month that was!!!

Yes,, December 2020 will be remembered for all the right reasons as the club shop really excelled itself and Maurice’s work with loco sales helped to boost the gross to a cloud topping result.

The total gross turnover for December was......£3933.50!!!!

We will leave that in a paragraph all of its own as it is impressive !! The shops actual gross figures which is a record for shop sales alone were £1894.50 which was in no short way, boosted by the release of the latest tutorial series which in turn encouraged the hasty delving into pockets for the newly stocked Deluxe Tool Sets and the newly launched Cylinder Clamp Tool And also the Wowstick screwdriver sets. All Tool sets and Wowsticks were sold out in 24 hours and the clamps are now on reorder along with replacement tool sets.

The loco sales were equally exceptional, with 4 locos being sold internationally bringing a further £2039.00 to the till.

A net figure of £3877.36 after postage and fees are deducted was deposited to the club bank account.

In such a time as we are living currently, it is nice that our members worldwide are not loosing heart and are enjoying their hobby and supporting us as a club.

More shop stock is being sourced and some long standing absentees will be returning in due course,

and it seems looking at current ebay prices for spare parts,, we are the cheapest around by far!!

Lets keep it all going into 2021 and look forward to our next meet up on Teams and thereafter at a show later in 2021 as well!
