Club shop report May 2018
As we creep towards the holiday season, it seems that the opportunity to have a quick last minute spend on OOLS goodies has tempted the die hards back as well as some new blood.
We grossed £882 for the month which is very encouraging, up over £300 on last month. I do expect this to tail off as summer beckons.
Water stocks and containers have been stocked up on as well as the Tender heaters arriving so there has been some outlay from the club coffers. The new samples of A3 chimney and pony truck chassis formed in cast brass have arrived and they look to be a fine replacement for the original items. An order for 30 of each has been placed by Chris and they will be with us in due course.
The usual files can be accessed from the reports tab above for a more detailed look.

Yes we have an order in for a couple dozen of the chimneys and the pony’s.
The spacer issue could be solved easier with a suatable washer with a kink on one side to kick the trailing wheel up! Oh dear back to the vice and hammer!!
