Club shop report March 2020
Ok, so were getting there... March was the first of our show-less months. BRM at Ally Pally was scrapped but we still had a good sales turnover of £922 with a net of £893.
We had some replacement tool sets from Eric and some much needed A4 rotary cover cushions to go with the Ali covers. Still awaiting delivery of leads for rolling road and controller to track ones too.
From the 23rd March we entered partial lockdown and i presumed the shop would have to cease trading for a while due to the restrictions but a chat with Chris was met with optimism and so I decided to ship once weekly,,,along with my weekly trip to Costco for my grocery shop.... good thing to as there has been a steady flow of punters after bits and bobs. I set a limit on all shop items of 'one per order' to stem the hoarders from sucking up the stock as well.
All seems to work well so far!
