Club shop report October 2022
And thats 1 down out of 12!! The first month of our new financial year club shop wise.
Another excellent month which kicked off with a 2 day show at Bicester Heritage at the G1 Scociety Show.
Here we did very well, meeting many new friends both local and from afar as California. Shop sales were not so exciting here but we managed to shift a lot of our Maurices stock of Locos, buildings, vehicles, book and tools. Total sales of Maurices items came to £671. We shifted, with the help of our Val Price, a total of 39 books, 4 locos, 7 tools, 16 buildings, 18 cars, 1 sandblaster and 1 mail coach.
Our shop gross for the month was £1341.15 and along with Maurices items above a total of £1945.00 was sent to the bank after fees and postage deducted.
I now have to prepare the annual report for the AGM which is soon to follow and look forward to the many changes afoot on the committee, a change is as good as a rest they say and we can look forward to our next gig at Doncaster in Feb 2023.
