Club shop report June 2026

Phew,,,,bit hot int it!!!!

A reasonable month for the shop considering the holiday season is well underway! We had a lovely, if a bit warm, weekend at Wabtec in Doncaster which no doubt has widened our social footprint and hopefully our viability at historical and heritage settings up and down the country. We were welcomed and encouraged throughout the weekend, gaining a little business and publicity in the process! Thanks for all your hard work with this Val!!

Total shop turnover for the month was 842.05 including some club clothing sales and sale of some salvage parts. In addition to the above amount was a loco sale payment of 490-00 for Nigel. After fees and postage costs of 170.30.

At the end of the month, 1161.75 was sent to the bank.

Our shop running total for the last 6 months is standing at 4,704.44

Our next meet will be at…

Loco Sales Report June 2026

Apologies for the recent lack of reports, I’ve been a bit busy with big Live Steam. Since the last report, there were no sales in March, however in the last three months we’ve sold three locos, two Limited Editions, plus a set of controllers and a Mallard Set !!!! netting the Club £3935 in total

Purchases during this period were a used FS Set and new Silver Link and Golden Fleece totalling £1025

Thank you to the Roadshow Team for supporting the Gresley 150 Event at Doncaster, it truly was a memorable occasion for everyone involved

Club shop report May 2026

hi everyone, May is out and so is all that heat thank goodness!

We had a respectable month in the shop with steady sales and 2 shows to make life interesting.

I think the holiday season is in full chat as online sales have reduced a little, it could also be that folk are reducing their spending as the cost of living gets harder.

Total turn over for May was £948.80, comprising £641.00 shop sales, and £307.80 club clothing sales at Ruddington. After fees and postage deduction, £871.30 was sent to the bank..

We have an order for some CNC brass spares on order with David Frith so look forward to those in due course.

Reports should be available for viewing.
