We shall have our summer meeting at Chatteris as in the past, however Rebecca is not able to to provide catering this year. We will use the caterer from last year, who I think we would all agree did a great job. The cost of this is down to us.
The dates are 27/28 July, please let me know asap if you can make it?

Adrian, As you may know you can edit a post, as I had so little response from the original post, and one of those responses could not make it I changed the date, I also at that time contacted those that had responded to ask if the date change was acceptable, it was, I therefore moved the date to the 27/28th from the 20th/21st. I then posted as second time, some six days ago saying that I had changed the original post, seems clear me. I'm sorry you can't make it. Maurice

OK I'm confused. The original post said 27/28th July but now it's been moved to " the following weekend 27/28 July" - does that mean the weekend following 27/28th July which means 3rd/4th August?
If so that's better for me - I can do 4th only. Can't do July 27/28.
July pretty free so far. Will fit in with whatever suites.

Hi, I moved the date to give us more of a spread between events. I'm sure we can look at another weekend in July if it does not work. I would be helpful if other committee members could let me know their availability?
