High everybody. Thanks for a terrific show and a memorable OOLSC ( Birthday) weekend. I’ve decided to step down as both Chair and Events organiser at Warley 23 . It’s been a totally brill (and I hope ) successful year for our lovely club but it’s precisely the right time for me to call it a day. See you all at Warley . I will of course post up my decision and Event details on the website. Thank you wonderful chums.

Sad that your resignation had to come to this because your recent comments have insulted people very deeply and hurtfully. It has become intolerable. I do hope that you desist from this type of conduct from now on and enjoy the friendship we have created within the club.
As a senior member of the committee I accept your resignation on behalf of the club but I hope that you will remain a Committee and Roadshow member as you do play a very valuable role. Your knowledge and experience is invaluable.

For Clarification
Charles you posted your resignation on the club WhatsApp group. The group members who received your post are all committee members with exception of Matt.
The group was set up to enable fast last minute exchanges of information between the Roadshow team members, not to conduct club business.
As on several previous occasions I review and copy items relevant to club business onto the club committee website.
As all Roadshow Team members are also (less Matt) all committee members this information will be viewed by the same group of people (plus Richard and Jimmy) that you posted the original message to.
As you should be well aware from the current covid enquiry WhatsApp data is neither personal nor private and there has been no transgression of any of your personal data.
