Just had a call from Warner’s to tell me Peterborough is cancelled. I asked them about Doncaster and Ally Pally next year but were unable to say. This also impacts our AGM, I’ll take a look at Zoom and see if we can do it that way.

Apparently Zoom is free for 45 minutes. I'd forgotten! We use it every week for our church group, 15/16 people/couples
Zoom is more expensive and better for very large groups - hundreds - I can't see us attracting more than a big handful but with 500 or so members who knows?
This could prove to be an exciting development for us.
Yes, I've used Zoom, but only up to six participants, my daughter has extensive use of it for larger gatherings and says it works well, but you have to be disciplined. I think it will work for an AGM, where the one person is in control. Can't comment on Google, not used it.
I fear we will be humkering down for another quarantine. Our only (last) airshow this year planned for next weekend has been cancelled.
It ought not to be difficult to do a few 'zoom' dummy runs prior to AGM. With our own layout/workshop backdrops it could be fun.
Does anyone have any experience of zoom meetings? Google Meet might be a better bet
