If it reaches £310, is this not testing the market? You would still have the loco and you could offer it to club members at £310 and recoup more of the expense of modifying and the guarantee without the ebay cost.

They have now reworked the badge to make it clearer and this new version will be used on the current order. New version at the top and old version at the bottom

I would not give an opinion on a loco without first observing/handling it . Seeing as its hardly practical to hand round a loco to each committee member except, perhaps at exhibitions, all one can give is a personal opinion with a proviso that it does not represent the opinion of the committee.

In the DVD. Sell the sheet in the shop for£1. Add them to the Manuals bundled with every loco we sell or at the very least, include them in the pack. If we wanted to be altruistic, send them FOC with every shop order. A4 sticky labels cost under 10p each.

The club discount (commission) price structure will be:- Up to 10 items 15% Between 10 & 20 items 20% (Just on those over 10) Over 20 items 25% (Just on those over 20) No other discounts will be available for use on these items. Kentish Embroidery will monitor the sales and pay the club the discount (commission) amounts on a monthly basis. They have to do this anyway, but ours will be bespoke products, and therefore easier to track Once we have reached a decision on the link if we do this then to keep thing simple we will need to agree on a limited number of items and colours for the 'bespoke' section of their site. We also need to agree a different version of the badge (not Roadshow) for use for members. The other discounts that they make available from time to time like the 25% we have just used for Roadshow team orders and the Roadshow badge will be restricted to orders placed by me on behalf of the club.
