2025 OOLS Roadshow Shirts
As previously mentioned, I have taken over the role of sourcing new polo shirts and clothing for the roadshow.
Having done some research earlier, and have got the ball rolling on wagons with Dapol I have got round to putting together my findings for you all. A quick note as well is that our previous supplier has closed business.
My suggested choice for the clothing is Direct Boot in Enfield.
My reasons for the suggestion are as follows:
1) Prices come below what we have paid previously.
2) Our chairman has experience with them, and so we have comfort they are good.
3) It is fairly Local to me, so I can easily go to them in person should any errors happen.
4) Can order as many or as few as we need hence offering greater freedom.
5) More options for hoodies/ quartezipsš/ zips. We can even get Chris some branded shortsš. They are quite reasonable prices too so that should encourage more people in the roadshow to have them.
6) Options for women's clothing.
7) Many size options.
8) Quick turn around. Dispatched in 5 working days from ordering.
For the standard polo shirt i would suggest the 100% cotton polo shirt. This comes at:
Ā£8.32 for the polo (reduces to Ā£7.00 is we order more than 6).
Ā£2.51 for the embroidery work
These exclude VAT, meaning that if for just one ordered by itself it would be Ā£13.
There is one of charge Ā£20 (including VAT) for developing our logo into their system and them storing it ready for use.
Delivery is Ā£4.95 per order unless over Ā£150 in which case it is free.
